Zach Haile joined the American Baseball Coaches Association in November 2014 as the Assistant Membership and Convention Coordinator. He transitioned into his current role of Membership and Convention Coordinator in August of 2015. Haile is responsible for servicing the over 8,000 ABCA members in addition to planning and managing the pre- and on-site logistics of the annual ABCA convention.
Haile is familiar with North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad area as a graduate of High Point University in High Point, North Carolina. While at HPU, Haile was a four-year member of the Panthers' baseball team serving as both a starter and reliever on the mound.
Additionally, Haile served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and as a mentor in the Student-Athlete Mentor Program.
Prior to the ABCA, Haile served in a tournament management and operations role with both The Ripken Experience in Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Perfect Game in Emerson, Ga. His duties included overseeing tournaments and assisting in team and player registration in addition to being involved in the launch of Perfect Game at the new LakePoint complex in Emerson, Ga.
Haile currently resides in Greensboro, N.C. with his wife, Alex.
